Job Description:

The Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for managing and growing our existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet client needs. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of account management strategies and adjust plans as needed
  • Participate in industry events and network with potential clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of success in account management and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and related products and services
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills
  • Experience negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
